A video out of Portage is going viral following a controversial exchange at the Office Depot on South Westnedge Avenue Friday night.
It centers around the late Republican political activist, Charlie Kirk.
In the video, a customer asks to print a poster of Kirk for a vigil that took place at Bronson Park in downtown Kalamazoo earlier in the evening. The employee involved in the video, who says they're the manager on duty, refused to print the poster because of its political nature.
The footage has caught the attention of some Michigan lawmakers, including Senate Minority Leader Aric Nesbitt and Republican Congressman Bill Huizenga.
No matter how much hate one might have Charlie Kirk, how dumb could you be to pull something like this and risk losing your job? And it wasn't just one employee, but TWO of them. Indeed, one of the best piece's of advice I ever got was not to bring politics and religion to work.
