Court Orders Conservative Activist Kirralie Smith to Pay Nearly $100K and Apologize in Vilification Case

Anti-trans activist and Binary Australia spokesperson Kirralie Smith has been ordered to pay $95,000 in fines and issue a public apology after she was found to have vilified two trans women earlier this year. 

 

On August 23, Deputy Chief Magistrate Sharon Freund found that Smith and Binary Australia- formerly anti-marriage equality group Marriage Alliance- incited hatred and serious contempt for two women, who were targeted after playing football with their local clubs. 

 

It marked the first time someone had been found to have unlawfully vilified a person for being trans under NSW law.

Crazy. Now we've got transgender activists infiltrating the Australian government and, rather than simply coexisting with people who hold different views, pushing policies that dictate how others are expected to speak and think with the consequences being financial penalties for those who refuse to comply. If that's not a combination of censorship and blatant indoctrination, I don't know what is.

JK Rowling's Sexual Violence Support Centre Demands Apology from Amnesty International for Defamation

A sexual violence support centre set up by JK Rowling has demanded an apology from Amnesty International UK and threatened court action over a report which classed it as "anti-rights" 

 

Amnesty had named Beira's Place in Edinburgh among more than 100 organisations which it characterised as being part of an anti-rights movement before it decided to temporarily remove the list while an internal review takes place. 

 

A lawyer's letter on behalf of the women-only support centre demanded the report was permanently withdrawn. It also called for Amnesty to make a full apology on the front of its website and conduct an external review into how the "egregious falsehood" got published in the first place.

Rowling funded a rape crisis center for women and here comes this woke group called Amnesty Interbational to defame her for not allowing trannies (aka biological men) there. Rolwing fights back and threatens to sue them and the wokesters immediately apologize--that's how it's done.

Posting to his X account, Johnson announced in all apparent seriousness: “Since declaring a Transfemicide State of Emergency, our administration has strengthened the City’s capacity to support LGBTQ+ Chicagoans.” 

 

The city, he continued, is “centering the voices and lived experiences of trans Chicagoans to chart a path toward a safer, more connected city.”

The level of indoctrinated one has to be to co-opt a term like 'Transfemicide', a word created by white, liberal activists who claim that there's an 'epidemic' of "trans women' are being murdered (there isn't, as only one was actually murdered in the past year in Chicago), all the while turning a blind eye to the hundreds of black men murdered every year in Chicago, is crazy.

One of Jennifer Lopez’s twin children, born Emme Muñiz, appears to be going by a new name. A March post from an Instagram account dedicated to documenting the college decisions of graduating seniors from LA’s Windward School, where Muñiz went, identified a student as “Oskar Muñiz.” 

 

The post featured a childhood photo alongside a logo for Sarah Lawrence College and Oskar’s plans to study theater and studio arts. The caption also tagged an Instagram account appearing to belong to Lopez and Marc Anthony’s child. 

 

The profile features a pic of the high school graduate, who turned 18 in February, with the name Oskar. “⚣” and “⚧︎” symbols are featured in the page’s bio, along with the name of their future college. “Oskar to Sarah Lawrence!” Windward26College captioned the post, now deleted. “No more impromptu NYC trips because he’ll be living there! Good thing it’s only a few hours away from Stagedoor. Go gryphons!! Congrats!!!”

Imagine the kind of morally bankrupt worldview Jennifer Lopez must've instilled in her children to allow something like to happen. Of course, what with the amount of marriage's and very public breakup's J. Lo's had in her life, plus the fact that at 56 she's still out there performaning in half-naked costumes without a care in the world, one already has a clue of how insufferable and narcissistic Lopez is, but damn. A Los Angeles high school’s “secrecy policy” kept a California couple in the dark about their only child’s gender identity, helped “sever” the family’s relationship — and ultimately drove the teen to suicide, his parents alleged. 

 

Dylan Parke was already struggling to fit in as a sophomore at Palisades Charter High School in Los Angeles in 2019-2020 when he told school staffers he would use she/her pronouns and go by the name “Aria,” as he transitioned into a woman. 

 

Parke had been diagnosed with depression, was in mental health treatment and “appeared easily influenced and preoccupied with how others perceived him,” parents Kathleen Mulligan and Andrew Parke said in a California federal court lawsuit against the Los Angeles Unified School District, embattled superintendent Alberto Caravlho and others.

Good for them and any parent that's had to deal with school's hiding their evil 'gender-transition' policies from them. To think, we still live in a world where parents have to sign permission slips just to let their kids go on school trips and yet these morally bankrupt loons stay trying to indoctrinate kids with their gender BS. Now thanks to the Courts, all parents have standing to sue, punitive damages and attorney fees are receivable and teachers, pricipals, administrators and even SB members will have a tough time getting qualified immunity.

Algerian Olympic Boxer Imane Khelif Has Advanced to Having Male Sex Chromosones

Imane Khelif has finally admitted to possessing XY chromosomes. 

 

In a new interview with French sports outlet L’Équipe, the Algerian boxer addressed the controversy that surrounded the women's boxing competition at the Paris Olympics, where Khelif won gold despite questions surrounding the athlete's biological sex. 

 

Khelif is not transgender but reportedly has a condition called difference of sex development (DSD).

So months after getting to compete as a 'female' so he can neat up on women boxers, Khelif confirms that he has the male chromosome--something many long knew already, but were called a 'bigot' for saying so out loud. Well, hopefully this ends the practice of weak male boxers getting to beat up their female counterparts in boxing as well as idiot publications (including right-leaning ones) using male pronouns for a man who simply says he's a woman.

Detransitioner Wins $2 Million Against New York Docs Who Pushed Double Mastectomy

A 22-year-old woman who identified as a boy in her teen years won a $2 million decision in a landmark lawsuit against New York doctors accused of pushing a double mastectomy on her when she was a minor. 

 

Fox Varian had the life-altering surgery when she was just 16-years-old — getting approval from a psychologist and a surgeon — both of whom a jury found liable of medical malpractice on Jan. 30, The Epoch Times reported. 

 

Varian, now 22 and considered a “detransitioner,” was awarded $1.6 million for past and future pain and suffering, and an additional $400,000 for future medical expenses — in the first detransitioner malpractice lawsuit in the nation to go to trial and win.

Finally, a win for common sense and the truth. Even better is that this took place in blue-state New York. And both her psychologist and surgeon were found liable for giving her a mastectomy at 16. Hopefully, this inspires more lawsuits against these ideological butchers who do it all in the name of the lie that is 'gender-affirrning care'.

Supreme Court Hears Arguments in Cases Challenging Transgender Sports Bans

The Supreme Court on Tuesday appeared ready to uphold two state laws prohibiting transgender girls from competing on girls' sports teams, as a majority of conservative justices voiced skepticism of arguments that excluding the athletes would violate Title IX and the U.S. Constitution. 

 

"There's strong assertions of equality interests on both sides," observed Justice Brett Kavanaugh, a father and coach of two athlete daughters. But "given that half the states are allowing ... transgender girls and women to participate and about half are not, why would we at this point ... jump in and try to constitutionalize a rule for the whole country while there’s still uncertainty and debate?" 

 

The pair of cases, marking the first time the court was wading into the culture wars debate, involve laws from Idaho and West Virginia, both of which were blocked by lower courts on grounds they discriminated on the basis of sex in violation of federal law and the Constitution's equal protection clause. Twenty-seven other states have similar measures.

In a world guided by facts, this decision should be straightforward: a unanimous 9–0 ruling against allowing men to compete in women’s sports. However, that outcome is unlikely, largely because of ideological divisions on the Court, especially when it comes to Justices Kagan, Sotomayor, and Jackson, and what critics see as a broader shift in constitutional interpretation driven by activist judging. Hell, even some justices labeled “conservative” have, over time, shown greater sympathy toward progressive legal arguments. And as a result, conservatives should focus less on the Court's liberal wing (and all their insanity) and more on Justices Roberts and Barrett, who may prove decisive. As despite clear biological differences between men and women, the case is likely to be close, reflecting a broader tension between ideology and empirical reality.

HHS Secretary RFK Jr. Moves to Restrict 'Gender-Affirming Care' for Minors

The Trump administration unveiled new actions aimed at eliminating transition-related medical care for minors across the US on Thursday, referring to such treatments as “sex-rejecting procedures”, a term used by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). As part of the effort, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services will initiate a rule-making process that would prevent hospitals from offering puberty blockers, hormone treatments, or surgical procedures to minors if they wish to participate in Medicare or Medicaid. 

The proposal would also prohibit Medicaid funds from being used to cover this type of care. Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (Chip) together cover nearly half of all American children. “Under my leadership, and answering President Trump’s call to action, the federal government will do everything in its power to stop unsafe, irreversible practices that put our children at risk,” Robert F Kennedy Jr, the US health secretary, said in a statement. 

“This administration will protect America’s most vulnerable. Our children deserve better – and we are delivering on that promise.”

Unless you're a part of the woke cult that is today's Democrat party, this issue isn't complicated: there are two genders and men can't be women and women can't be men. But hey if you're an adult and still want to mutilate your body because you've convinced yourself that you were born in the 'wrong body', go ahead and get 'gender-afffirming care' and carry on with your wicked life, just leave the kids alone.

Women’s Weightlifting Champion Disqualified After Revelation He's A Male

The winner of the World’s Strongest Woman competition over the weekend was disqualified after it was discovered she was born a biological male. 

 

News of professional weightlifter Jammie Booker’s disqualification was reported Tuesday by the New York Post. The competition, as noted in the report, took place in Arlington, Texas, from Nov. 20 to Nov. 23. 

 

According to a release from the Official Strongman Games, organizers were not aware that Booker was a biological male until after she had won. In a statement posted online, the organization made it clear that athletes must compete in the category of their sex assigned at birth.

Yeah, judging from his picture it's amazing that no one thought that might be a dude. Jokes aside, besides that fact that there are only two genders, it's funny how no one wants to talk about 95% of these lames competing in women's sports are white men. And that's no sheer coincidence.

IOC Discovers Differences Between Men and Women, Bans 'Transgender Women' (aka Men) from Female Olympic events

The International Olympic Committee is set to announce a ban on transgender women in female competition early next year after a science-based review of evidence about permanent physical advantages of being born male. 

 

The IOC’s guidance to Olympic sports has until now been that transgender women can compete with reduced testosterone levels but leaves it up to individual sports to decide. That is now set to change under its new president, Kirsty Coventry, who has promised to protect the female category. 

 

The committee’s medical and scientific director, Dr Jane Thornton, last week presented to IOC members at a meeting in Lausanne the initial findings of a science-based review into transgender athletes and competitors with differences of sexual development (DSD) competing in female sport.

Honestly, the "trans" BS is just another immoral trope from people who don't believe in God, which not only makes it downright evil but says all you need to know about the state of today's Left. The same people who spout BS about 'gender-fluidity', gender being a 'social construct' and take no issue with allowing men in women's bathrooms. Indeed, today's Left is nothing but hating anything-Trump and woke trash and they're destroying women's rights in the process. And for a longtime, worldwide organization like the IOC to finally use common sense and bring back fairness to women's sports is not something that deserves a tat on the back--not until they take another step and strip these men of their medals and apologize to every female athlete who was cheated.

Supreme Court Recognizes There Are Only Two Genders, Clears Way for Trump Transgender Passport Policy

The Supreme Court cleared the way on Thursday for the Trump administration to stop issuing passports that include gender identity markings selected by applicants.

The emergency order, which will remain in place as the case makes its way through the lower courts, marked the latest victory for President Trump before the Supreme Court.

The case, Trump v. Orr, stems from a Trump administration policy to change gender requirements for passport holders. The policy has been blocked since June, when a federal court temporarily stopped the administration from enforcing it while the court case continued. +No vote count was given, as is typical in such cases, but the majority offered four paragraphs of reasoning for granting the administration’s request.

Yeah, even in 2025 it's hard to believe that three Supreme Court justices sided with the perverse, Godless, anti-science, woke lobby and gave the OK to American citizens not having to put their sex at birth on passports. Indeed, it's almost like Joe Manchin was right when he said Joe Biden’s presidency was dominated by staffers who pushed far-left policies rather than the more moderate positions of his past.
