DOJ Official Clashes with Liberal Judge Ana Reyes in DC Golf Course Case After Trump Attacks Her

Lawyers for the Trump administration faced off in a contentious hearing Monday with a federal judge pushing for answers over whether she was deliberately misled by the government over why it removed hundreds of trees from a Washington, D.C., public golf course. 

 

D.C. District Judge Ana Reyes had ordered testimony from Interior Department official Gregory Wischer and acting Director of the National Park Service Jessica Bowron over why the government moved abruptly on Columbus Day weekend to remove more than 500 trees from East Potomac golf course without giving her proper advance notice. 

 

Last week, Reyes erupted at attorneys for the government after the trees were removed despite her demanding the administration alert her in advance if it planned any significant alterations to the course given ongoing litigation. The golf course has been the subject of litigation brought by the D.C. Preservation League in response to President Donald Trump's efforts to turn it into a course that could host professional tournaments.

Judge Reyes was appointed by Joe Biden, is an obvious liberal ideologue and also happens to be a lesbian: the perfect combo for hatred of all things Trump. And the type of radical Leftist judge that you expect to get past by Democrats the next time they get one of their own in the Oval office along with control of the Senate. Indeed Reyes, having already moved against Trump when it comes to 'transgenders' in the military and attemptig to halt the President's plan to deport over 300,000 Haitians who came here under TPS, has made quite a name for herself in being a thorn in his side. The kind of loyalty (and bias) that'll certainly be rewarded by the next Democrat President.

Jack Smith's Defense as an Unbiased Prosecutor Got Obliterated by GOP Senator Josh Hawley

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) tore into former special prosecutor Jack Smith during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing Tuesday, alleging his investigations into President Donald Trump were “all about politics from Day 1.” 

 

“Your investigation, so-called, your prosecution, so-called, was nothing other than an attempt to interfere, politically, in a presidential election in the United States of America,” Hawley said to Smith during the hearing. 

 

During the hearing focused on Smith’s two investigations into Trump, Hawley alleged Smith opened the inquiries “all for the purpose of keeping Donald Trump off the ballot.” Smith, under former President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice, investigated Trump twice: once over the 2020 elections and the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol Building, and once over the classified documents found at Mar-a-Lago.

Funny how so many mainstream news outlets are only highlighting suppossed GOP 'misses' and/or 'gaffes' from this Senate hearing so they can paint Smith in a good light. But that goes to show you the state of today's media. Either way, Jack Smith proved today that not only is he a lying and total scumbag, but also a partisan hack who did everything he could to stop Donald Trump from regaining the Presidency.

Supreme Court Allows Trump Administration to Expand Database Used to Identify Potential Voter Purges

The Supreme Court on Friday permitted the Trump administration to use an expanded federal database containing citizenship information, as the president encourages states to purge people from voter rolls. 

 

The justices, divided 6-3 on ideological lines with conservatives in the majority, granted an emergency request filed by the government after lower courts ruled that the Trump administration’s changes to the database were likely unlawful. 

 

Critics have said the data is unreliable and could lead to U.S. citizens being kicked off the voter rolls. But the court noted in its unsigned ruling that the National Voter Registration Act bars the broad purging of voter rolls in the weeks leading up to an election, which “limits the potential impact” of the decision this year. States can still make individualized queries about voters.

So to the detriment of Democrats, SCOTUS temporarily clears the Trump administration to use an expanded federal SAVE database, including Social Security information, to help states verify voter citizenship ahead of the November midterms. The GOP views this as common sense seeing as the system will help identify non-citizens on voter rolls, while the Left argues that it risks privacy violations and erroneous voter removals. A federal judge (appointed by Joe Biden of course) had previously blocked the system, but the SCOTUS’ emergency ruling allows its use while the broader legal challenge continues. Democrats can take some relief in the fact that states cannot conduct a wholesale purge of non-citizens from voter rolls this close to November, limiting the impact this year while potentially making it more significant by the next presidential election.

Federal Judge Rejects Joe Biden's Request to Conceal Ghostwriter Tapes from Robert Hur Investigation

The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia denied the former president’s motion for a preliminary injunction in the Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by the Heritage Foundation and its employee, Mike Howell. 

 

The materials come from former special counsel Robert Hur’s investigation into Biden’s mishandling of classified documents. The Justice Department will now turn over the redacted versions to the plaintiffs and House Judiciary Committee. 

 

The Justice Department initially withheld the tapes under multiple FOIA exemptions. The agency reversed its position after a congressional request. Biden filed a motion to intervene and prevent the tapes from being publicized.

The judges' decision to reject Biden's request to conceal the Robert Hur interview tapes is good news for both conservatives and government transparency. Remember it was Hur who described Biden as a "sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory," noting that he struggled to recall major events like when his son Beau died and the dates of his vice presidency. The October 2023 tapes—recorded months before the June 2024 debate show Biden repeatedly needing help from his attorney to remember key facts and, at times, struggling to complete his own thoughts, reinforcing why he'd want to conceal the tapes as well as concerns that his cognitive decline was evident well before it became impossible to deny.

Tulsi Gabbard Releases Declassified Info on 120 Foreign Biolabs, Proves Jen Psaki Lied About Its Existance

The director of US National Intelligence (DNI) has released evidence that her office says shows "longstanding" United States government funding for more than 120 biolabs in over 30 countries where research on biological pathogens, some dangerous, is conducted. "These biolabs include labs in Ukraine, which may be at risk of compromise due to the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war," the DNI's office said in a statement on June 12. 

 

"For example, the Intelligence Community previously warned that a US-funded biolab in Ukraine likely housed dangerous pathogens and remained vulnerable to longstanding threats of Russian attack, seizure, or damage," it added. 

 

The unusual move by Tulsi Gabbard came just days before her departure as DNI, who runs an intergovernmental office set up to coordinate information sharing among the sprawling US intelligence community. It wasn't immediately clear why Gabbard was releasing the information. Nor was it clear that it contained anything new or revelatory.

If this is true then it's another remarkable job by Gabbard to expose Joe Biden's nefarious connection to Ukraine, which is why liberals are so outraged about this news. Then too is the fact that it was the Biden administration that forcefully denied Russian claims of biowarfare labs in Ukraine back in 2022. Of course, it was Biden who played a central role in U.S.-Ukraine relations going back to his days as vice president, making multiple trips to Kyiv and leading efforts to promote democratic reforms, including pressuring Ukraine to remove prosecutor Viktor Shokin, whom the U.S. and its allies viewed as ineffective and corrupt. And as president, Biden strongly backed Ukraine following Russia’s invasion, providing more than $100 billion in military and humanitarian aid, visiting Kyiv in 2023, and signing a long-term security agreement in 2024. His Ukraine policy also became politically controversial because his son Hunter Biden served on the board of Burisma Holdings, which led to allegations that Biden sought Shokin’s removal to protect the company, an accusation Biden and his supporters have denied. That said, it's a real shame that Gabbard is about to leave her DNI position.

He ultimately dropped his bid under pressure from within his party and endorsed his vice president, Kamala Harris, who lost to the Republican Trump. 

 

In “View from the East Wing,” a memoir about her White House years that’s being published next Tuesday, she said she still doesn’t know why her husband performed so disastrously that day.

Jill Biden effectively admitted that her earlier claims about her husband’s debate performance were misleading, acknowledging that she feared something was seriously wrong with him on stage. Yet she is now trying to rewrite history by insisting that Joe Biden never showed signs of incoherence before or after the debate. That contradiction appears less about honesty and more about protecting herself after previously defending his condition so aggressively. These actions reflect personal ambition and political self-interest, all the while ignoring obvious cognitive concerns because she wanted Joe to stay in power.

Democrats Belatedly Publish 2024 Election Autopsy Report

The Democratic party has belatedly published a postmortem on its disastrous 2024 election defeat, after an initial decision to withhold the document triggered an angry backlash. 

 

Ken Martin, chair of the Democratic National Committee (DNC), released the report – which fails to mention Gaza or Joe Biden’s age – accompanied by an apology to party members angered by his initial decision to keep the analysis of Kamala Harris’s loss to Donald Trump and defeat in both houses of Congress under wraps. 

 

Martin had initially declined to publish the report, authored by a veteran Democratic strategist, Paul Rivera. He cited a need to focus on this year’s midterm elections and avoid re-opening old wounds. The decision backfired, leading to a crisis of confidence in Martin’s leadership among senior Democrats and accusations that he was keeping the findings secret.

This autopsy got delayed because Black Democrat voters and their leaders in the professional race-baiter punditry/Democrats shill squad you see on cable news networks like CNN and MSNOW, don't want to be reminded of how much of an empty vessel and 2-time loser Kamala Harris is. That said, any autopsy that doesn't mention Gaza, Israel, a senile Joe Biden's decision to run for re-election, no Democrat primary or Harris' embracing Never Trumpers/warmongers like Liz Cheney on the campaign trail, shouldn't be taken seriously.

Far-Left Southern Poverty Law Center Charged with Defrauding Donors with Payments to Extremist Informants

The Southern Poverty Law Center was indicted Tuesday on federal fraud charges alleging it improperly raised millions of dollars to secretly pay leaders of the Ku Klux Klan and other hate groups for inside information, acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said. 

 

The Justice Department alleges the civil rights group defrauded donors by using their money to fund the very extremism it claimed to be fighting, with more than $3 million paid to informants through a now-defunct program to infiltrate white supremacist and other extremist groups. Prosecutors allege some of the money was used by extremists to carry out other crimes, but court papers did not include specific examples. 

 

“The SPLC was not dismantling these groups. It was instead manufacturing the extremism it purports to oppose by paying sources to stoke racial hatred,” Blanche said.

The fact that the SPLC never added Antifa to their list of 'hate groups' always made them suspicious to conservatives. But with huge backers like liberal big-shots that include George Soros and George Clooney, the SPFC (which has been used by Democrat politicians as far up the ladder as Joe Biden on the campaign trail to deride and smear Republicans) spending millions to keep the narrative of 'white supremacy' as the 'greatest threat' known to man going, all the while using their loot to pay informants to infiltrate far-Right extremists groups (and promote and fund bigotry), is wild as hell.

Jesse Jackson Jr. Rebukes Barack Obama, Bill Clinton and Joe Biden for Not Truly Knowing His Father During Memorial Service

During his father’s memorial service on Saturday, Jesse Jackson Jr. offered a sharp rebuke of the tributes given by former Democratic presidents Bill Clinton, Barack Obama and Joe Biden, noting that the trio shared one thing in common: they didn’t really know his father. 

 

"Yesterday I listened for several hours of three United States presidents who do not know Jesse Jackson," Jackson Jr. said on Saturday. 

 

The reverend’s son called out the idea that his father’s life wasn’t defined by the "political order," but by a commitment to those who were marginalized. "He maintained a tense relationship with the political order, not because the presidents were White or Black, but the demands of our message, the demands of speaking for the least of these — those who are disinherited, the damned, the dispossessed, the disrespected — demanded not Democratic or Republican solutions, but demanded a consistent, prophetic voice that at no point in time sold us out as a people," Jackson Jr. continued.

Of course, no one exploits tragedies better than Democrats, so no surpise here that Biden, Obama and Clinton would take turns and use Jesse Jackson's funeral service to attach Trump. The irony here, of course, is that Trump knew Rev. Jackson better than any of them, helped Jackson out a lot back in the day and genuinely seeemd to like the guy. There's also that time, back in 2008, when Jackson lashed out at Obama for not speaking to issues important to black people and while Jackson would later apologize to Obama for the remarks, after his passing, the irony of Jackson's often strained relationship with establishment Democrats isn't lost today.

Former White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was left scrambling for an answer when MSNBC anchor Elise Jordan pressed her on the “mental acuity” of her old boss, ex-President Joe Biden. 

 

Jordan, during MSNBC’s The Weekend: Primetime on Saturday night, asked Jean-Pierre if she regretted going after Special Counsel Robert Hur, after his 2024 report called into question Biden’s cognitive ability and memory. 

 

Biden’s mental decline, Jordan said, was obvious to Americans who watched his debate with President Donald Trump in June 2024 — so why would Jean-Pierre, at the time, call Hur’s report “gratuitous” and one that did not “live in reality,” Jordan wanted to know.

You just know Karine Jean-Pierre was caught totally off guard by that question. But then all liberal guests are when MSNBC dares to do actual journalism, instead of their usual caping for Democrats that has become the standard of the network. Bottom line, this book tour isn't going well at all for KJP. And there's a few reasons why: the recent Jake Tapper book exposing Biden's lack of mental acuity while he was President, what people saw with their own eyes (yunno, stuff like Biden rarely speaking off-the-cuff, using cue cards and scripted questions at his rare press conferences and of course, his poor and infamous debate performance against Trump last year). Yet KJP, in need of book sales (and frankly speaking a job) still wants you to believe that despite spending time with Biden every day for 4 years...saw nothing. And even MSNBC isn't buying her BS.

FBI Claims Jack Smith Tracked Republican Senators’ Communications

The FBI alleged Monday that former Special Counsel Jack Smith surreptitiously tracked the private communications of at least eight Republican Senators and one representative.

Fox News Digital reported that Smith and his team allegedly tracked the phone calls of GOP Sens. Lindsey Graham (SC), Marsha Blackburn (TN), Ron Johnson (WI), Josh Hawley (MO), Cynthia Lummis (WY), Bill Hagerty (TN), Dan Sullivan (AK), Tommy Tuberville (AL) and GOP Rep. Mike Kelly (PA).

One of those allegedly targeted, Sen. Blackburn, told reporters, “The FBI under Joe Biden and under Barack Obama…they exercised activity that they had no authority to exercise…now we find out that after the Mar-a-Lago raids, after the indictment of President Trump, they surveil us — people who support President Trump. Members who are all Republicans.”

So after Trump got re-elected we found out that under Joe Biden, Democrats weaponized the TSA to harass Tulsi Gabbard and now this.

Joe Biden-Appointed Judge Gives 8-Year Sentence to Man Who Plotted to Kill Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh

Sophie Roske, who pleaded guilty earlier this year to attempting to kill Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh in 2022, was sentenced to eight years and one month in jail on Friday, in Greenbelt, Maryland.

Roske was arrested and charged under a male name but now goes by Sophie Roske, according to her defense attorneys. In April, she pleaded guilty to attempting to kill or kidnap a Supreme Court justice. The 97-month sentence was handed down by U.S. District Judge Deborah Boardman, who also ordered a lifetime of supervised release.

The Justice Department will appeal the sentence, said Attorney General Pam Bondi, who called the 97-month prison term "woefully insufficient" and argued it "does not reflect the horrific facts of this case." Prosecutors had asked for a 30-year sentence.

Conveniently enough he decided that he was 'transgender' after the attempted murder of a Supreme Court justice--a thing that's becoming pretty common nowadays. Then of course, an uber-liberal, Biden-appointed judge considered the fact that he now 'identitfies' as a woman into giving him a light sentence.

Supreme Court Rules Trump Can Fire Biden Appointee Rebecca Slaughter from the FTC

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday let President Donald Trump fire a Democratic member of the Federal Trade Commission for now while agreeing to hear arguments in the case in December, setting up a major test of presidential power over government agencies designed by Congress to be independent. 

 

The court granted a Justice Department request to block a judge's order that had shielded Rebecca Slaughter, who sued to challenge Trump's action, from being dismissed from the consumer protection and antitrust agency before her term expires in 2029. 

 

The Supreme Court said it will hear arguments in the case, which could lead to the justices overruling a landmark 90-year-old precedent upholding job protections put in place by Congress to give the heads of certain federal agencies a degree of independence from presidential control.

A triple win for Trump who gets to fire a Biden-appointee, slap down yet another activist judge and possibly overturn a 90-year-old precedent that allows Congress to restrict the President's power to remove members of independent agencies.
