Holdout Juror in Lindsay Clancy Case Says He Didn’t Doubt Her Guilt

The holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy case, which ended in a mistrial this month, has retained an attorney who described the man as “an American hero,” a “champion of justice” and a supporter of President Donald Trump. Edward Paltzik announced in a statement Thursday, Sept. 17, that he was representing the man, who publicly identified himself to NewsNation as Michael P. Desronvil. 

 

Desronvil, 48, is a resident of Plymouth County, Mass. Paltzik said in his statement that Desronvil is “presently safe and sound at an undisclosed secure location in a rural area of Northern New England.” “This American Hero and Champion of Justice loves the United States of America as the greatest country in the world; cherishes our sacred Constitution as the pinnacle of human liberty; and supports our amazing leader, President Donald J. Trump, as a fellow defender of common-sense, liberty, and sanity,” the statement also said. 

 

Paltzik pledged to hold accountable “to the maximum extent of the law and beyond” what he described as “the evil people who have so viciously attacked” his client. “In the meantime, though, he has persevered and remains utterly unbroken thanks to his devout Catholic Faith,” the statement continued. “As a devoted father and man of God, he will not be defeated or shattered by the wicked who wish harm upon him.”

This guy is a national hero and should be treated as such going forward. In fact, Trump should invite him to come to his next State of the Union address and he should give him a Presidential Medal of Honor down the line. Even more so, people need to rally around this man (esp. after attempts by the msm to smear him) and make sure he lives a safe and prosperous life, because standing your ground and sticking to your morals as a black man in a room full of woke, angry, white, liberals hellbent on letting a woman who planned and murdered her 3 kids get off scot-free? Well, it doesn't get much tougher than that.

Former Employee at Southern Poverty Law Center Arrested on Fraud Charges

A former employee of the Southern Poverty Law Center has been arrested in California on charges that she oversaw secret payments to informants inside of White supremacist groups, one of whom she was allegedly living with and had a romantic relationship with at the time. 

 

The woman, Heidi Beirich, previously ran the SPLC’s project tracking hate groups in the US. The Justice Department has alleged that the program, which is no longer running, defrauded donors who did not realize they were helping to pay individuals inside the same groups that the SPLC aimed to root out. 

 

Beirich allegedly “oversaw payments of donors’ money” to people inside of these hate groups, according to an indictment unsealed Wednesday. She also allegedly shared a bank account with one of those sources, which included funds from the SPLC’s payments.

This is what many Trump voters voted for because the SPLC has long been a lying, corrupt, left-wing hypocritical and a convenient tool for the liberal media and Democrats to use when they accuse them of hate and/or bigotry. But with Trump 2.0 exposing large amoumts of fraud, bias and the hiring of paid confidential informants inside far-Right groups, it seems like the all the dominoes are finally starting to fall for this blatantly sinister group.

Adam Carolla went nuclear on CNN stars Dana Bash and Wolf Blitzer for being “compromised” fake journalists who were more interested in being Dr. Anthony Fauci’s pal than asking him tough questions during the Covid-19 pandemic. 

 

Carolla skewered both anchors during the Friday episode of his podcast with Dr. Drew Pinsky. The veteran comic ranted after Fauci’s diary revealed he was obsessed with his media coverage and traded gossipy text messages with Bash and other prominent mainstream journalists. 

 

“F*ck you! all of em were just texting back and forth with Fauci, sucking his d*ck,” Carolla vented. “So don’t tell me you’re f*cking journalists, you’re hacks. You’re partisan hacks.”

Of course, the worst CNN culprits are Don Lemon and Chris Cuomo, who despite not being employed by the network any longer (and having been called out plenty of times since for their past tomfoolery) continue to spout their left-wing bias and hero worship for Fauci online via X and their respective podcasts/news networks today. Both protecting Fauci and not showing a care in the world for his many lies during Covid that led to so much death, destruction and wayward policies that wrecked havoc on ordinary citizens everyday lives.

Minnesota Daycare Owner Exposed by Nick Shirley Admits to Filing Over $4.6 Million in False Claim

A Minnesota daycare center owner featured in YouTuber Nick Shirley’s viral video showcasing alleged bogus childcare facilities has admitted that she defrauded the US government out of millions of dollars — which she used, in part, to buy up real estate. 

 

Fahima Mahamud, CEO of Future Leaders Early Learning Center in Minneapolis — which was featured in Shirley’s December video round-up of questionable facilities around the Twin Cities — pleaded guilty Thursday to one count of wire fraud and one count of conspiracy to defraud the US. 

 

According to prosecutors, between October 2022 and November 2025, Mahamud filed claims for more than $4.6 million from the Child Care Assistance Program — a federal program that provides daycare assistance for low-income families — on behalf of recipients who never paid the required co-payment.

How far-Left and inept is American media today? They were willing to attack and smear independent journalist Nick Shirley for daring to expose fraud involving taxpayer-funded liberal groups. Hell, in California they've even go so far as to create the 'Stop Nick Shirley Act' because uber-liberal Cali is renowned for its fraud and corruption. That said, with this Minnesota daycare owner now caught after filing more than $4.6M in false claims, not only does it make Shirley a credible journalist, but the msm owes him an apology.

MLB Commissioner Tells Sen. Hawley Giants Players Won’t Be Disciplined Over Bible Verses on Pride Night Hats

Major League Baseball Commissioner Rob Manfred told Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., that San Francisco Giants players who wrote Bible verse references on their Pride Night hats will not face fines or discipline over the incident, while defending the league’s uniform policy at the center of the controversy. 

 

In a June 19 letter posted to X by Hawley on Monday, Manfred said MLB’s office issued "a routine oral warning" after Giants players added biblical references to caps with the team’s Pride logo. But he said the warning came before the league learned the Giants had not clearly told players they could wear regular caps instead. 

 

"The players were neither fined nor disciplined, nor will they ever be," Manfred wrote.

This is good news. But I'm guessing that MLB commish Rob Manfred only consented because he has bigger fish--like the possibility of an upcoming labor strike on the horizon--and didn't want to be distracted bystupid culture wars at this time. That said, while common sense dicates that you'd want to keep divisive subjects like religion and politics out of the workplace, sports teams celebrating 'Pride Month' are all about one thing: money. Because instead of live and let live in an arena (Sports) that often brings about unity between a variety of folks from all walks of life, these corporate donors/morally-bankrupt heathens only care about pushing their Godless agenda down people's throats. Thank goodness guys like Senator Josh Hawley are around to put a stop to it.

It has ended up as a backlash campaign across social media against the streaming giant. For over a week now, the TESLA CEO has been bashing the animated show and the streamer over promoting woke content.
