Democrat Socialist Angie Nixon Pressed by CNN to Explain Why Florida Is ‘Racist’ — After Another Black Lawmaker Raised $80 Million

CNN host Victor Blackwell pressed Florida Senate candidate Angie Nixon to explain her claim Democrats are hesitant to give her money because they believe Florida is “racist” toward Black people — especially when another Black politician was able to raise a ton of money, just a few years ago. Blackwell asked Nixon about it during the Saturday episode of his CNN show. A day earlier, Nixon told Politico she has heard many people telling her “they think that the state is racist and they’re just hesitant to donate because of it.” 

 

He said her remark reminded him of former Rep. Val Demings (D-FL), who served in Congress from 2017 to 2023 and received plenty of Democratic support during her unsuccessful Senate campaign against Marco Rubio. “In 2022, she raised $80 million for her campaign for Senate. So Democratic donors have backed a Black woman state wide financially,” Blackwell said. “Why is this about race and not about you?” 

 

Nixon started to reiterate what she told Politico, claiming “a lot of people are saying it, ‘Oh she can never win the state because it’s racist,'” citing Demings’ loss and ex-Vice President Kamala Harris not winning enough votes in the Sunshine State. The candidate Nixon said her argument to Dem voters is to “not believe the hype” about racism and support her campaign anyway.

There was a time, not too long ago where a voice like Angie Nixon would've stood out plenty when it comes to fighting for Black folks period. Yunno, out there with a microphone speaking up against estern imperialism, poverty, an unjust criminal justice system and many other ills that many black people are confronted with on the daily. But in 2026, Nixon has become so brainwashed and corrupted by the Democrat Black establishment and Godless, white liberals that she's become nothing but a troll/ To be sure, she'll still get the majority of the Black vote for a Senate seat in FL in two weeks, and who knows, she might even pull off an upset. But as she conitunue to look like a hypocrite on TV and chummies up to the likes of Barack Obama, the grift (ala Raphael Warnock) for Nixon from suppsoed socialist to corporate Democrat will be fun to watch.

Jesse Jackson Jr. Rebukes Barack Obama, Bill Clinton and Joe Biden for Not Truly Knowing His Father During Memorial Service

During his father’s memorial service on Saturday, Jesse Jackson Jr. offered a sharp rebuke of the tributes given by former Democratic presidents Bill Clinton, Barack Obama and Joe Biden, noting that the trio shared one thing in common: they didn’t really know his father. 

 

"Yesterday I listened for several hours of three United States presidents who do not know Jesse Jackson," Jackson Jr. said on Saturday. 

 

The reverend’s son called out the idea that his father’s life wasn’t defined by the "political order," but by a commitment to those who were marginalized. "He maintained a tense relationship with the political order, not because the presidents were White or Black, but the demands of our message, the demands of speaking for the least of these — those who are disinherited, the damned, the dispossessed, the disrespected — demanded not Democratic or Republican solutions, but demanded a consistent, prophetic voice that at no point in time sold us out as a people," Jackson Jr. continued.

Of course, no one exploits tragedies better than Democrats, so no surpise here that Biden, Obama and Clinton would take turns and use Jesse Jackson's funeral service to attach Trump. The irony here, of course, is that Trump knew Rev. Jackson better than any of them, helped Jackson out a lot back in the day and genuinely seeemd to like the guy. There's also that time, back in 2008, when Jackson lashed out at Obama for not speaking to issues important to black people and while Jackson would later apologize to Obama for the remarks, after his passing, the irony of Jackson's often strained relationship with establishment Democrats isn't lost today.

Four Men in Unredacted Files Named By Ro Khanna Have No Ties to Jeffrey Epstein

Ro Khanna, a California Democratic representative, read a list of six names on the House floor earlier this week and said they were “wealthy, powerful men that the DoJ hid” in the recently released files related to Jeffrey Epstein. After questions from the Guardian, the Department of Justice said that four of the men Khanna named have no apparent connection to Epstein whatsoever, but rather appeared in a photo lineup assembled by the southern district of New York (SDNY). 

 

Khanna, along with Thomas Massie, a Kentucky Republican representative, pushed the justice department to unredact names in the files, arguing that some names were being unlawfully redacted. Massie claimed credit on X earlier this week for forcing the justice department to remove redactions on a file that listed 20 names, birthdays and photos, including those of Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. Khanna then read some of those names on the House floor. 

 

Two of the six men Khanna mentioned are Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, who has since resigned as CEO of DP World and an Emirati billionaire businessperson, and Leslie Wexner, a billionaire retail magnate, but the other four names did not appear to have any public profile. A spokesperson from the office of Todd Blanche, the deputy attorney general, told the Guardian the file was a photo lineup used for investigative purposes by the SDNY.

Khanna went to the House floor and referred to them as "wealthy, powerful men" the other day--implicating their guilt. But now it turns out that he had no idea who they were, much less if they connected to Epstein in any way. Then too, Khanna and his buddy Thomas Massie (two pols who didn't give a shit about the Epstein files until Trump took office a 2nd time), after complaining for weeks that the DOJ was redacting famous names, are now blaming the DOJ for unredacting these names...what a total shitshow.

Australian Reporter Calls Out Kamala Harris for ‘World-Class’ Dodge on Question About Joe Biden

Things got a bit awkward when Sarah Ferguson, a TV reporter for Australia’s ABC TV, called ex-Vice President Kamala Harris out for a “world-class pivot” away from a question about former President Joe Biden’s cognitive decline during a Wednesday interview. “Wasn’t [Biden’s] refusal to recognize his own frailties the reason that you faced a nearly impossible task?” Ferguson asked about Harris’s doomed 2024 presidential bid. 

 

Harris took the opportunity to bash President Donald Trump and avoided talking about Biden. “Donald Trump ran on a platform that was, in large part, I believe, misrepresenting his intentions to the American people,” Harris said. 

 

She said a “fair amount” of MAGA voters were lied to by Trump on inflation and other issues. Harris then said Trump’s “misrepresentation of intention” and “massive amounts of mis-and-disinformation” contributed to her loss, before Ferguson jumped in to point out she avoided the question. “Forgive me… I want to interrupt you, because that is a world-class pivot,” Ferguson said. “But it is not the question that I asked you, which is about Joe Biden’s failure to recognize his own frailties and what that did to you. The question is about Joe Biden. Are you still reluctant to criticize the former president?”

Always great to see Democrats pols outside the cushy confines of an MSNBC or CNN or the like, where they know that 9 times out of 10 they'll be peppered with nothing but softball questions that they can answer in their sleep. Props to Sarah Ferguson for doing some real journalism.

Hillary Clinton Commend Trump Over Israel-Hamas Deal

Former Secretaries of State Hillary Clinton and Condoleezza Rice on Friday commended President Trump for successfully facilitating the first stages of a ceasefire deal with Israel and Hamas in Gaza.

“It’s a really significant first step, and I really commend President Trump and his administration, as well as Arab leaders in the region, for making the commitment to the 20-point plan and seeing a path forward for what’s often called the day after,” Clinton told CBS News in an interview.

“Most importantly, the conflict hopefully will end with the ceasefire,” she added. Under the terms of the agreement, the Israeli military will retreat to an agreed upon line in the Gaza Strip, cease its military strikes and liberate 2,000 Palestinian prisoners. In exchange, Hamas will release all hostages, both still living and dead. The Trump administration brokered a deal that would also eventually end in Gaza being turned over to an independent Palestinian body.

Watching Democrats reluctantly give Trump credit for this peace deal is honestly pretty entertaining, especially coming from a party that continues to rest on an identity around opposing him at every turn. But a few, like Hillary Clinton, seem to understand the bigger picture. Tho to be fair, she has the advantage of never running for office again, so her legacy is fairly secure. Most others, however, like Barack Obama, can’t bring themselves to do the same. Whether because they’re too partisan and swayed by “The Resistance,” suffering from a severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome, or simply never cared about achieving a peace deal to begin with.

FBI Claims Jack Smith Tracked Republican Senators’ Communications

The FBI alleged Monday that former Special Counsel Jack Smith surreptitiously tracked the private communications of at least eight Republican Senators and one representative.

Fox News Digital reported that Smith and his team allegedly tracked the phone calls of GOP Sens. Lindsey Graham (SC), Marsha Blackburn (TN), Ron Johnson (WI), Josh Hawley (MO), Cynthia Lummis (WY), Bill Hagerty (TN), Dan Sullivan (AK), Tommy Tuberville (AL) and GOP Rep. Mike Kelly (PA).

One of those allegedly targeted, Sen. Blackburn, told reporters, “The FBI under Joe Biden and under Barack Obama…they exercised activity that they had no authority to exercise…now we find out that after the Mar-a-Lago raids, after the indictment of President Trump, they surveil us — people who support President Trump. Members who are all Republicans.”

So after Trump got re-elected we found out that under Joe Biden, Democrats weaponized the TSA to harass Tulsi Gabbard and now this.

Assata Shakur, U.S. Black Liberation Activist Exiled in Cuba, Dies at 78

Assata Shakur, a Black American liberation activist who was given political asylum in Cuba, has died at the age of 78 after decades in exile, her family and Cuban officials said.

Shakur, who was born Joanne Deborah Chesimard, died on Thursday “due to health conditions and advanced age”, the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement on Friday.

Her daughter, Kakuya Shakur, also confirmed her death in a Facebook post. “Words cannot describe the depth of loss that I am feeling at this time,” she wrote.

The former Black Liberation Army (BLA) member, who was a symbol of resistance for many activists, escaped a United States prison in 1979, where she had been serving a life sentence for killing a police officer.
